Speechcraft 2007 - mentoring opportunities
Hi all
We are about to start another session of speechcraft on Monday with the following educationals being presented. We are hoping for around 14 new members (this depends on who turns up). We will be looking for existing members to mentor - even if you have not done it before give it a go.
If you are interested please email me at
canterburytm@yahoo.com.au and I will allocate you a new member
Thanks

Happy New Year and Congratulations
Dear all
Congratulations All, When we have completed the Advanced Club officer training I am pleased to announce that Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL Club has achieved all 10 goal requirements for the DCP award. We still need to register 1 CC and a new member however that is being taken care of in the next few weeks.
So to every one who registered an award, invited (or welcomed) a new member and who contributed to a meeting, in short, all of you, Congratulations.
In the mist of the celebrations we still have some considerations. The Area and Division are still short on some of the educational registrations.
If you are close to a goal and would some time on the agenda to achieve it over the next few months please let me know.Similarly I would like to start planning for the rest of the year, now is the time to thinking of what you would like to achieve in the next six months and what you would like the club to achieve (ie variations of meetings, more contests, extra meetings).
If you have any ideas or suggestions on the above please let one of the executive members know so we can start planning to make it a reality
Lets get started now, dust off those half finished manuals and lets see if we (the executive) can help you achieve some early successess in this next six months or so.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a very happy new year.
See you all on the 22nd January for another fantastic 6 months
Regards
Kirrilie Oates
